General Information through Consent

If you provide consent to the use of cookies on our website, we use Google, Meta and Pinterest tracking technologies to access general information about your interactions on our website to enhance our marketing and advertising efforts. We do not collect sensitive information from you through these technologies.

We DO NOT process sensitive information.

We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. We do not currently have a dedicated mobile/web application for our Services and therefore do not collect any application related data.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information is anonymized and NOT connected to you. Our method of collecting this data is GDPR and CCPA compliant.

If you provide consent through our cookie banner to the use of tracking technologies from Google, Meta and Pinterest we will also automatically collect website interaction data and general information about your preferences. This data is stored with the third parties who own the technologies we use.

4. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

Our servers are located across the world, but by default we use the server closest to your location to serve, transfer and process information. Our hosting infrastructure is NETLIFY. You can access their privacy policy at: https://www.netlify.com/privacy/

If you provide consent to our use of tracking technologies that information may also transfer internationally based on the data retrieval and storage methods of Google, Meta and Pinterest.

5. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

We DO NOT knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. We operate under the assumption that an individual using our Platform has the highest form of privacy rights. Therefore, the personal information we collect from you is strictly consent-based. You can withdraw consent at any time and may request your personal information anytime from us. We will never withhold or reject an inquiry regarding personal information. Our analytical data is not connected to you.

Yes, we will check our privacy policy at least once per year and whenever new digital privacy laws are established. We will also update our privacy policy whenever we adjust the technologies we use on our website.
